The Klu family's situation worsened dramatically as the carefully planned fundraiser ended in chaos and scandal.

After weeks of preparation, the highly anticipated fundraiser organized by Elikplim finally took place. Throughout the night, the event appeared to be a success, with guests impressed and Mr. Klu pleased by his son’s efforts. However, the evening took a sudden turn when members of the Area 30 gang, led by Sumsum without Kankam’s knowledge, attempted to storm the party.

Before they could cause major disruption, the police arrived, forcing the gang to flee the scene. However, the police were not there to protect the Klus. Instead, they were there to carry out a targeted arrest within the family.

Elikplim, unaware of any wrongdoing, found himself at the center of a setup. A young woman he met at the fundraiser seduced him and lured him into the house. Unknown to him, she planted a small bag containing illegal substances in his room. Shortly after, the police raided the Klu home and discovered the drugs. Elikplim was immediately arrested, placing the entire fundraiser and the family's reputation at an all-time low.

Later revelations indicate that Elikplim is innocent. The entire operation was orchestrated by Daakyehene, Yayra’s husband, who is increasingly desperate to secure a significant share of the Klu family's wealth. Daakyehene arranged for the woman to frame Elikplim, aiming to discredit the fundraiser and eliminate competition from outside investors.

Daakyehene’s broader plan includes collaborating with a businessman introduced to Mr. Klu by Yayra. Together, they intend to sideline other potential investors and secure a controlling interest in the Area 30 project for themselves.

Following Elikplim’s arrest, Sena and his brothers have begun investigating the incident to uncover the truth behind the drug scandal. Mr Klu also shows his nasty side as he takes matters into his own hands and confronts Kankam.
