This week’s House of Klu episodes deliver heightened drama and more plot twists, as the Klu family encounters unrelenting turmoil.
Sena remains troubled by his recurring dream in which he injures a young boy. His unease gets worse when, while visiting his father’s real estate project site, he encounters a woman resembling the boy’s mother from his dream. Determined to uncover the connection, Sena embarks on a quest for answers.
Meanwhile, the family’s land deal spirals into chaos. Daakyehene, Yayra’s deceitful husband, orchestrates a failed scheme to intimidate community elders into surrendering the land by hiring thugs. The plan backfires, strengthening the elders’ resolve not to give the Klus the land.
When Yayra discovers Daakyehene’s involvement, she gets furious as the turn of events has drawn her further away from securing her father’s approval. Complicating matters, the unpaid thugs demand compensation for the work done, forcing Yayra to intervene with funds to defuse the situation as Daakyehene is dead broke after using his cash on side chicks.
Daakyehene’s troubles deepen as he almost gets caught having an affair. While shopping with one of his mistresses, he narrowly avoids his mother-in-law at a boutique, a close shave which has him sweating. At the same time, his other girlfriend, Amanda, also threatens to expose their affair to Yayra unless he pays her, placing him in a precarious position. She even visits Yayra’s office, and her presence triggers suspicion.
Elsewhere, Elikplim seeks redemption by promising to organize a grand fundraiser dinner to impress his father and support Mr Klu’s project. Persuaded by their mother, Mr. Klu entrusts Elikplim with GH¢500,000. However, Elikplim’s nightclub faces financial strain with a broken AC and dwindling business. In a desperate move, he misuses the funds to repair the club, leaving the dinner’s budget depleted.
In a last-minute move, his uncle Ponki Joe introduces him to a loan shark named Goliath, who ironically has a tiny structure. Goliath agrees to give him the money but wants 40% interest. Elikplim and his uncle are shocked, but Eli might have no choice.
